MOULIN's terrace seating is located right on the edge of Namba and Horie. While the city may be urban, a little outside of it will bring you to this wonderful place. We're introducing a luxurious "Riverside Beer Garden Plan" that includes an all-you-can-eat plan with over 20 different dishes and two hours of all-you-can-drink! Same-day reservations are also accepted! (The last order for drinks and food is 30 minutes before closing.)
